It’s free to display any interesting airplane, car and/or motorcycle.  Please contact Ed Boon (contact info below) for details.

No registration required and all display participants are eligible for a class award, if displayed before noon on May 27th.

There is an engraved glass plaque award for the selection in each of the three classes.

Easy arrival and departure without time restrictions.  Details below.

Arrival & Parking Instructions

Early arrivals: Friday 26th (5:00pm on), Friday TGIF, socialise, overnight camp on grass or in clubhouse.  Main event is on Saturday 27th.

Air side arrivals : From taxiway Alpha, west into hangar compound (by fuel tanks), north through 40ft gate to AFC grass area.  Gate openings: Friday 5:00pm, Saturday 8:00am.

Wheels arrivals : 30540 Approach Drive, Abbotsford, BC (click here for map)
motorcycles before(west of) clubhouse, cars after (east of) clubhouse.

General parking: Use parking lot on north side of clubhouse across road.
