Invitation:

Dear Members,

You are cordially invited to join us for the ribbon-cutting and dedication of the John Spronk Memorial Bench.

The event takes place at the back of the Abbotsford Flying Club on September 13^th at 2PM until about 3PM.  Out of caution for our older members and In order to comply with COVID restrictions we will be limiting the number of attendees.  Please contact Steve Stewart to RSVP.

Patricia Spronk will be in attendance to cut the ribbon on the bench, thus completing the dedication of a bench at the club in memory of her late-husband John Spronk.  John was a founding member of the club who set our club on course to encourage General Aviation.  We now have a place to gather with like-minded people in a spirit of camaraderie, to fly club-owned aircraft and share the adventure of aviation with the public with events such as the Airshow and First Flights.
