The RCAF are planning to bring a Buffalo to Abbotsford on Saturday June 18 to give CASARA members some spotter training on that aircraft. This will probably occur in the morning and I would like to ask if the AFC Clubhouse would be available as a staging area for that event. We would be using the large room for briefing and debriefing during the flight or flights.
