   Will the AGM still begin at 630 pm seeing there is NO dinner?
   Also how will voting take place? Can we pre vote or do we only vote on and during the meeting times?

      Hi Lise

      I anticipate the AGM will start when it normally (should) start at 19:30. I will miss the dinner!

      There will be communication coming out very soon with ballot details and I will be sending meeting details later this week.

      I believe the chosen method will be an advance vote similar to the Extroadinary General Meeting earlier this year.
